Personally I'm pretty hyped about this. The Supergirl story arc, on which this will be based, was the best Superman / Batman story arc there was and follows directly after Public Enemies. This also opens up the possibility for a decent Supergirl movie down the line, since it involves her re-introduction to the DC Universe.
Needless to say, I'll be pulling this trade off the shelf and reading through it again this week :-)
UPDATE : Too late. WB took it down pretty quickly. Did get to see some awesome stuff though. Batman looks pretty bad-ass, there is some Female Furies action, the army of Doomsdays (whether it's on Paradise Island or not is not clear), Darkseid looking cool, and evil Supergirl.
